Michael Barnard

AIA, NCARB Principal

Mr. Barnard has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of architectural practice for many building types including schools, hospitals, churches and various  government facilities.   Mr. Barnard has been an Owner in the firm since 1994 and has led the firm as president since 2005. Registered in Texas, California, Louisiana, Indiana, Oregon, New York, Tennessee, Michigan, South Dakota, Virginia, Hawaii, and Florida

Tom McCarty

AIA, NCARB Principal

Mr. McCarty has over 20 years of experience in design and documentation on a variety of Institutional and civic projects including schools, hospitals, churches, police centers, animal shelters and recreational facilities.  Mr. McCarty is registered in Texas, California, Alabama, Florida,   Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Oregon.

Jason Lam

Director of Construction Administration

Mr. Lam has 25 years experience in the construction industry and 20 with the firm.  As Director of  Construction Administration, Jason  oversees the work of our Construction Administration staff and  quality control of our construction documents (both Drawings and Specifications) Mr. Lam has served as Construction Administrator on a variety of institutional and civic projects including healthcare          facilities, churches, and  recreational facilities. He understands the construction process from a  Contractor’s  perspective and brings key insight and experience to every project.
