First Baptist Church Mineral Wells

First Baptist Church of Mineral Wells was founded in 1882 and they are positioned for growth.  LBL prepared a Needs Assessment Study and Conceptual Design to help them plan for the future.  They wondered if they should build a new facility at another site.  The existing facility has 43,000 SF located on 3.25 acres in a great location.  LBL determined that with a modest 8,000 SF addition and with 6,400 SF renovation, they could stay at the existing location and grow to an attendance of 800 on Sunday morning without the huge cost of relocating.
