Silver Creek Fire Station

This Design Build project was a renovation to the existing 8,000 SF Silver Creek Fire Station in Parker County. The facility needed more dormitory and storage space, as well as an interior refresh, additional space for EMT services, and expanded space for kitchen and break room areas. The project involved increasing usable space while not increasing the building footprint. LBL designed more verticality into the building and separated spaces to keep the building in code without requiring extra scope or spaces. This facility is now able to facilitate both Fire and EMS services whereas it was only housing Fire previously, without any addition onto the building footprint.
