Vandergriff Professional Building

This building provides five floors of physician offices perched atop four levels of parking with convenient connections to adjacent Hospital and Health Services Center.  LBL designed and supervised the construction of the shell structure.  From that time, LBL designed all of the tenant finish out projects and assisted the building owner appropriately organize the build out process.  The final 123,800 SF shell space was filled with an ambulatory surgery center.

Also Includes a 580 car garage and heliport.
