This project marked the second location in Texas for the Floridian coffee franchise. The project was a tenant finish-out, including the installation of a small commercial kitchen, and an added drive-through (which is the only coffee shop in Justin, TX with a drive-through). Our team coordinated the plumbing and electrical systems, ensuring seamless integration with the existing infrastructure.
