TCU Bailey Hall

LBL was tasked with renovating the 1,152 SF existing Bailey Hall to open up space taken up by offices and restrictive class spaces. The inside space was demoed and replaced with open, windowed classrooms, new breakout spaces, additional office spaces, and storage areas. The interior was refreshed with TCU colors and branding, and the classroom spaces were designed to accommodate future virtual reality workstations and learning spaces.
