Architect

An architect with a passion for creating innovative spaces, Thad has dedicated over a decade to the field of architecture. Since joining the team in 2017, he has played a pivotal role in LBL’s success, contributing his expertise to numerous projects. Thad specializes in Healthcare Design and K-12 Design showcasing his versatility and his commitment to designing spaces that impact communities positively. Specializing in BIM Modeling, Thad creates and manages 2D, 3D, and Working Drawings to support cost-estimating, facility management, and documentation. Thad has also gained invaluable experience in construction administration. Visiting job sites and making sure that the design vision gets executed out in the field.

Outside of the office, Thad’s life revolves around his family. Married for almost two decades, together he and his wife have raised two vibrant daughters who bring joy and fulfillment to their lives. Additionally, his creative side comes alive through his enjoyment of building Legos, a pastime that allows him to tap into his imaginative side.
